There was a time when the gods already existed while all the mortal species were not. When the time for the birth of all species arrived, set by destiny, the gods manufactured them within the earth, making a mixture of earth and fire and everything that mixes with fire and earth. Then, when it was time to produce the light, the gods commissioned Prometheus and Epimetheus to divide the capacities between each of them in good order and convenience.
Epimetheus insisted that Prometheus leave him alone to operate the distribution: "When it will be finished you will control it." Having thus convinced him, he went about his division. He gave some strength without speed and gave speed to the weakest; he armed some and for those he endowed with an unarmed nature, he gave them some other capacity for survival.
To those that he clothed in trifles, he gave wings so that they could escape, or else the ability to live in underground hiding places; Those whose stature was increased was proportionally in charge of ensuring their preservation; compensating in its distribution all the other capacities in the same way. When Prometheus arrived for his inspection, he found Epimetheus concerned about his situation and found that all living beings were harmoniously provided with everything, but that the man was naked, without shoes, without covering, without weapons; being already the day fixed by the destiny, in which the man had to leave the earth and appear to the light. Faced with this inconvenience, ignoring how he could do to preserve man, Prometheus went and stole the technical knowledge of Hephaistos and Athena and also their fire - since, without fire, there was no way to acquire, or to use knowledge- and gave it to the man. In this way man has in his power the knowledge that concerns life itself, but he did not possess the political knowledge; in effect, it was in the domain of Zeus. Then, Prometheus who no longer had time to enter the Acropolis where Zeus lived, also guarded by its fierce guardians; he managed at least to get into the common chambers of Hephaistos and Athena where they both liked to practice their arts. He stole the art of using the Fire that belonged to Hephaistos, and the Art (of the creativity of knowledge) of Athena and gave them to men. Thus, man was well equipped for his survival and Prometheus was accused of theft because of Epimetheus' incompetence.
Due to the awareness that man had of possessing his part of the divine lot, he believed himself to be the only one similar to a god because he was the only one of all living beings capable of recognizing the gods, and thus began to manufacture altars, temples and statues of gods; then thanks to "Art", it did not take long to create sounds and articulate words, invent rooms, clothing, footwear, coverings and food that came from the earth.
Thus equipped, at first, men lived scattered and without cities; they succumbed to the attacks of wild animals because they were much weaker than them, because although the artisan art was a sufficient help to ensure food, it was insufficient to protect themselves from the attacks of wild beasts.
Indeed, the reason was that they did not yet possess the art of politics, of which war is a part. Hermes then asks Zeus, in what way should he make the gift to the men of Justice and Shame: "Should I distribute them in the same way that the arts were distributed? The repetition of the same was operated in the following way: a single man who possesses the art of medicine is enough for a large number of laymen, and the same is for all other craftsmen. Should I then distribute Justice and Shame among men in the same way, or should I distribute it among all?
Zeus replied: “Distribute them among all, and let all take part; because there can be no City, if only a small group of men participate, as in the case of the other arts; and it establishes in my name the following law: that the human who is shown incapable of assuming his part of Justice and Shame be eliminated, like a scourge of the city ”.

The slogan most demanded by the macrista electorate is the promise of depoliticizing the public debate. Calling it intellectualism, in-pragmatic and anti-media, Macri's campaigners despise the “res-publica” (collective construction of the public thing or everyone's questions) and treat with disdain the foundation of the art of the polis (politics ). Thus, they benefit the ancient art of authoritarian and masculinist paternalism, which delegates the reunion of the various family components to the Power of the Provider and Almighty Father. Since the world is world, fear faces trust and generates followers in both fields.

Simplify the destiny of the citizen to a concept of user, forcing him to live organized as a consumer, passing the bill for a monopoly imposed luxury and comfort, where in the hours that they are not users, a few can access the privilege of working as comfort employees , is clearly foolish as a human project. As well as thinking that if citizens behave well, they will be justly rewarded for their "meritorious tasks", where some can also even access the category of kings or gods. All, without exception, respond to the humiliation of the submitter.
Unfortunately, it is vain to warn a population denigrated by fear that all this fallacy of the bulubú witch can be cured with the vacú, with the vaccine of politics.
